Stage managing the Black History Month Dance Concert was an incredible and dynamic experience. The show was a vibrant celebration of culture, featuring a mix of dance, poetry, singing, a marching band, and a DJ, all coming together to create a unique and energetic atmosphere. The concert also included a guest children's dance studio and an a cappella group, adding even more variety and depth to the performance.
Coordinating all of these elements was new and very challenging, as I had to communicate with so many different groups of people. It was an inspiring experience to be part of a show that showcased so many talents and I was honored to have been asked to be such a large part of it.
