As one of two assistant stage managers for Spring Awakening, I played a key role backstage. I was in costume while helping place set pieces onstage during scene changes and assisting with fly transitions, making sure everything moved smoothly. I also created backstage runsheets to keep track of cues and ensure the flow of the show. Being part of such a fast-paced and emotionally charged show was incredibly rewarding, and I was proud to contribute to its success behind the scenes.
